Edit the CURRENT circular logo image so that all white space outside the circular logo mark is removed and replaced with transparency. Keep the inner circular black logo and its contents (icon and 'Software Engineering' text) exactly as they are. The final image must be a square PNG with a transparent background outside the circle, tightly cropped so there is no extra padding beyond the circle itself.
